Jennifer-Lee Gunson is the founder of J Pod Creations and has spent more than 15 years behind the mic as a professional broadcaster. Her love of storytelling and connecting with people led her to launch J Pod Creations, where she helps clients bring their podcast ideas to life. From developing concepts to hosting, producing, and growing shows, Jennifer-Lee believes the best podcasts are built around great conversations and genuine connection. She brings energy, creativity, and years of media experience to every podcast J Pod Creations produces.

Chief Operating Officer & Editor

Amber is a media and podcast professional with a background in broadcasting, TV, radio, and digital content production. As an experienced host, moderator, and coach, she helps talent build confidence and create authentic connections with their audiences. She brings expertise in podcast production, live events, business management, and creative strategy to J Pod Creations. Amber is passionate about great storytelling and brings energy, creativity, and connection to every project.

Sarah McDowell is a digital marketing consultant, podcast producer, and coach with more than a decade of experience in SEO and eight years in podcasting. She has launched, grown, and monetized multiple successful podcasts and previously worked with podcast hosting platform Captivate. An international speaker and published author, Sarah brings extensive experience in podcast growth, marketing, and monetization. She is passionate about helping creators and brands grow their audiences and build successful, sustainable podcasts.

Podcast Marketing & PR Strategist

Bruce is an award-winning broadcaster, podcaster, and educator with more than 40 years of media experience. His career has included reporting, newscasting, editing, and newsroom management, including many years at NEWS 1130 in Vancouver. He brings his extensive media experience to J Pod Creations through podcast marketing, public relations, and audience development. A passionate storyteller, Bruce loves helping great stories and voices connect with the right audiences.

Podcast Editor & Audio Producer

Trish Jewison is a seasoned broadcaster who has been reporting on Vancouver traffic since 2007, including delivering live reports from the helicopter. A longtime supporter of Jennifer-Lee and J Pod Creations, she has been part of the company’s journey from its early days. Trish works behind the scenes on podcast production, including editing and other essential production tasks. She brings years of broadcasting experience, reliability, and a great ear for audio to the J Pod team.

Technical Director – Podcasts & Live Events

Greg Anderson is a technical production professional with experience supporting podcasts, live recordings, and event production. As J Pod Creations’ Technical Director, he oversees the technology behind live podcasting and helps ensure recordings run smoothly from setup to completion. Greg brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to audio, video, equipment, and on-site production. He plays an essential role in creating professional, reliable podcast experiences for J Pod Creations and its clients.
