What Is The Best Podcast Hosting Platform

What is a podcast hosting platform? If you don't know the answer, you will find out in this video. I discuss three possible choices where you can host your podcast. To have your podcast live on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music Podcasts etc. It would be best if you had your podcast hosted on a platform. If you don't do this, no one will be able to hear your podcast. Unlike YouTube, you can not upload the physical file of your podcast episode to the players I listed above. You have to host your show on an online platform that will then send your show's RSS feed to Apple Podcasts, Spotify etc. Sound confusing? Don't worry; I will go through at least three hosting platforms: Buzzsprout, Podbeand and Squarespace. There are many hosting platforms online; these are just three options you could use. Hey, Jennifer-Lee, I'm a broadcaster turned podcaster with over ten years of experience in the broadcasting industry. I'm currently the co-host for HAVAN's (Home Builders Association) podcast Measure Twice Cut Once with industry partners Fortis BC and BC Hydro. Rami Films powers the show. Vancouver's Boulevard Magazine recently said that Measure Twice Cut Once was the number 1 thing everyone is talking about in town! I have worked with HAVAN from the start to get their podcast off the ground. Helping them find the right recording equipment, fine-tune the concept for the show and edit each episode. So I wanted to take what I learned helping HAVAN and help you create a great podcast as well! In this video, we will go over exactly why you need a podcast hosting platform for your podcast and how to choose the best one for your podcast.
